ProfDrDeath1 votes- Nerf in the ArPen/Lethality items. Youmuu's loses the AS, as well.
- Nerf in the fact that more assassin become viable, and assassin love squishy, CC-less targets like Marksman.
- Nerf to Fervor of Battle.
