@Riot Cass Rework

So what was the Cass rework suppose to accomplish?

You reduced her early game power by getting rid of boots and and E spammability. She can't buy mpen early.

You destroyed her late game power by getting rid of her passive.

You killed her harass by reducing the range on her Q and increasing the CD on her E.

Her new W is clunky. There is a minimum range on it that makes it almost useless to use to stop dashes or any sort of gap closers towards you. In the preview video they showed Vi dashing away from Cass instead of towards her. Why?

Overall she feels way too clunky.
