@Riot You missed the mark with Diana.
She feels extremely clunky due to the awkward 3 hit AS boost not syncing up with her third hit extra damage.
Her effectiveness has decreased significantly. Rank up E for damage and lose tankiness or rank up W and lose damage. Pick your poison.
The mana and CD buffs were a step in the right direction, but then you took a 180 with the passive change.
A better passive would have been: Spell casts grant 20% (level 6)/30% (lvl 9)/40% (lvl 12) attack speed for 2 seconds. Each additional spell extends the duration for an additional 2 seconds.
This will stop her from being able to take down towers so quickly, but still give her some of her dueling capabilities back.
I've been playing tons of Diana since release, and sadly, I doubt I will continue to do so.
