A little change to the Passive - Jungler

Passive - Jungler with no gem: Deal 45 additional magic damage to monsters over 2 seconds and gain 10 Health Regen and 5 Mana Regen per second while in combat with monsters. (UNCHANGED)

Passive - Jungler with RED gem: Deal 55 additional magic damage to monsters over 2 seconds and gain 10 Health Regen and 5 Mana Regen per second while in combat with monsters.

Passive - Jungler with BLUE gem: Deal 45 additional magic damage to monsters over 2 seconds and gain 10 Health Regen and 10 Mana Regen per second while in combat with monsters.

Passive - Jungler with GREEN gem: Deal 45 additional magic damage to monsters over 2 seconds and gain **20 **Health Regen and 5 Mana Regen per second while in combat with monsters.

Passive - Jungler with PURPLE gem: Deal 45 additional TRUE damage to monsters over 2 seconds and gain 10 Health Regen and 5 Mana Regen per second while in combat with monsters.

This would help pretty much the jungle
