With everyone talking about how Conquerors True Dmg is Busted

If you look at the end of the match in runes, it shows you true Dmg that would've been mitigated with Conqueror. On 30 min games, it barely breaks 2,000 unless you are against a tank who the rune was made to counter rather than just blind picking a tank and expect not to get counter picked.

Conqueror does not deal as much true Dmg as one would think and the bonus ad it gives is negligable(6-30 something based on lvl) unless you are playing a champ that scales off the AD very well (Trynd with crits, Irelia Passive, Jax passive, Draven Q, Darius passive) who you could argue the rune was made for these kinds of champs. This rune seems fine and does it's job well(being a rune for bruisers to counter and 1v1 tanks as well as some extra AD so it isnt completely useless on games without tanks). No champs are absolutely broken with this rune either, only some being slightly over tuned(Irelia) and other champs using the runes to fill their niche(Trynd and Jax with better 1v1s.)
