What the hell is up with veigar right now? Like seriously nerf him now.

So i've been playing ranked recently and veigar has been picked a few times and each game they won lane and won the game. The only reason veigar is "carrying" if you want to say that is because of his E. Literally late game during a teamfight all he has to do is hang back spam E since it comes off cooldown every 5 seconds along with his 2.5 second stun on it, and there is nothing you can do because not only is he able to one shot everyone with the e w r combo, he also has 4 other teammates dishing out damage. you can't do anything and it's highly abusable in ranked since all they have to do is play safe during laning wait for late game and they win no matter how bad the rest of veigars team did during early-mid game it's complete bs. In those games may I mention i got my adc fed and completely destroyed their bot and still veigar can just delete all of us, RIOT NERF HIM.
