What was the point of reworking rengar when shadow kayn does the same exact thing

From across the map and through walls. If I ever see the enemy carry even trying to farm I can just pop youmuu's from 4000 units away, and W->Q in less than half of a second for a secured kill. I get that you wanted to buff him since on release he was lackluster, but I think this is a bit much. I can even whiff my W and it won't matter since I'll likely be overkilling anyways.
