It just needs straight up removing, this rune 100% feels like old Warlord's Bloodlust levels of uninteractive stat checking.
You don't have to do anything, it's just there waiting to proc any time someone is below 50% HP.

Revert League to s4 where barron minions didn´t finish the game for you.... A time where your runes and masteries were special for all kinds of playstyles

I wish every assassin would get slightly nerfed, like remove 10-20 damage from their main damaging ability for the love of god. No reason a Talon, Leblanc, etc from behind should still be able to one shot me if I mess up.

Just played a game with a Nidalee running DH. Absolutely fucking AIDS. Between her Spear, execute and autos, there was literally no counterplay. She didn't even have to land a spear like Nid should, she just went in, pressed Q, chunked you for 80% of your health, then AA'd to finish you off. Sucks hot dick
if riot cant even fix that what makes you think the balance team will do anything oh yea as in make it worse or useless

To be honest..... Any change that puts mages in a better position than, or even even with assassins, I'm all for. I would love to be able to play control mages in mid Lane without threat of an assassin in either mid or jungle dashing to me, face rolling, doing 3000 damage in 0.2 seconds at level 6, all the while still having enough mobility to to avoid every gank ever.

Just finished an ARAM game, where my team won in 7m50s (the enemy team didn't even get a chance to surrender). You can tell something is very wrong with Dark harvest when out of the 10 players, 8 were using that rune. DH has ruined ARAM. I don't have fun loosing nor winning. It's the second time this rune has ruined the game mode I play the most. Thank you Riot.

Agreed. The old iteration was strong but this one is even stronger. Karthus godlike right now spaming DH now and Meldler is thinking that it's because the lane last on average 2 min longer xD !

I'm so annoyed, ARAM is what I play and ARAM was fun. Was. Now everyone is taking it. They ruined a fun game mode with the changes. Need to seriously half it's damage and stacks, straight up in all modes everywhere.
