League of legends is coming out with champions with utility and people enjoy playing a champion with utility/CC.

Why doesn't Shyvana have her OWN unique Dragon kit? (Gnar has one, Nidalee has one, Jayce has one even tho he isn't an animal)

Why doesn't Shyvana have a Utility such as slows, snares, silence, or stun? (Her Q looks like it can be able to stun) ( this would ALSO make her ganks 10x better/useful just how like udyr has movement speed + and a stun except udyr can spam his movement speed)

Why doesn't Shyvana inflict any type of after burn damage if she is fiery based? ( similar to Brand's Passive)
Additional Comments: Her ult shouldn't be considered a CC type of ground because it can be prevented and it just gives a little push not to mention the hit box isn't accurate enough. Dragons are supposed to be FEARSOME, STRONG, FIERY, SCARY and. . . DEADLY. It would be nice to see Shyvana MORE of her Primary which is a fighter than her secondary a Tank. All these knock backs, slows, snares, stuns, kited, blinds, and knocks up prevent Shyvana from catching up. People say shes ment to do a whole lot and let the team finish but most of the time, the team never is able to finish which makes you wish Shyvana had a utility to at least get one or two off.
