How should I use stats to get better

like what stats? you talking about in the profile ?

I suck too but at the least I know where I need most improvement is in trading. It might be the same for you, so depending on what you're lacking in (bad KDA especially in lane, a hard time dealing with the enemy controlling and crashing waves into tower, etc) you can look up guides on how and when to make early pokes or trades, as well as learning from the analysis some higher level players provide for low ELO where they can point out what the opponent is doing and tell you what signs to look for to be able to counteract that play.
