Any word on the Veigar changes?

I completely realize that these reworks take time, and you haven't had a lot of it. I just want to know if you could share any of the current kit changes and/or thoughts on what the team plans on doing with him. Since this rework was not included at the beginning of the new PBE cycle I'm thinking Riot just hasn't come to terms on how to fix him as of yet. But if any Rioter could give us any word on the progress of my tiny master of evil I would be forever greatful. While we wait for this update, my fellow summoners what do you guys think Veigar needs in his kit?

i heard that they're gonna start by nerfing him, im guess they're gonna take a look at his E since it lacks significant counterplay and nerf it. but if they do that they gotta make his W drop time faster because he'll never catch anyone with that

If they start by nerfing him I would be severely disappointed. He needs a full rework in order to be a healthy champion, but they need to keep the E, infinite scaling and ultimate concept.
