For people asking for tower buffs

How do you suppose they buff towers without making them autokill minions? If I'm facing someone much better than me, I can at least try to tower farm. If you buff the towers, won't they just kill the minions without letting you farm?

You can buff towers by making them tankier, and making their damage ramp up harder. That won't stop you from last hitting under tower.
