his passive fucks you up so much he can solo baron. how do you counter him besides cc as an adc?

ViciousSummoner1 votesYou and your support just have to be better than the opposing laners. Even if you "counter" them it will only give you a small edge in lane. You can still play poorly and your "counter" no longer matters.
