idea for an item
we have 
that stacks mana and builds into either an AD item 
or an AP item 
which is fine but what if we had an tank item that builds from that gave the mana pool and stacks but something like some cdr and some armor?
maybe the build path could be

i know there is 
and they have their place but sometimes those items just dont fit just right.
any thoughts?

is a thing. People never get it because the active is so situational, but even without the active it has really good stats. Point runner is always useful and the base stats are the most gold efficient of all of the armor/health items.
had mana in the build path
but it takes 2 faeri charms and a mantle.
