Crazy concept, stop putting people in provisionals into games with people who are in their promos

this is already an extremely stressful and unnecessary game set, why the hell would you throw random handicaps on people like that, in fact why are people without a rank playing with ranked players AT ALL? I care a HELL of a lot more about ranked integrity than your queue times by the way so if that's the only argument, i'll accept silence as that answer.
