@Meddler where are the promised Heimerdinger changes?

"Stretch goal for 7.8: Heimer No details yet on possible changes and there probably won't be anything on PBE for a little bit at least, we're hoping we'll be able to put a bit of time into Heimer though."

Are they planned for 7.9 instead? I'm really worried, my favorite mid laner is falling behind so hard in this meta, really needs some quality of life changes. If there's anything you can tell me, it'd be great.
