The "Akali Buffs"

You gave her a .1 increase on her AP ratio. Now the whole community is just so scared of her, trust me people. at full build, as an akali main, you only gain 70 extra damage.. its not that big of a deal, and the W CD on 2 seconds is not what the akali mains are wanting. we want you to revert the R CD from 2, 1.5, 1. like it was back in 6.21. Now it being 2 ranks 1,2,3 its impossible to even use all 3 in a team fight.

People that keep banning akali... trust me... that tiny ... tiny buff on akalis ratio is so small that you should probably be banning someone like Gangplank, but forsure not akali, its hardly worth banning since no one plays her but the die hards.
