All Pick URF for april fools?

I loved having random urf, don't get me wrong but I would love to have at least 1 weekend where I can pick who I play. Maybe give more bans or just perma ban the champs we see every game after a couple days or something. These are probably terrible ideas but I wanted to throw it out there.
