the numbers of ragers spam pinging are going up. i wish some one can teach them a lesson at this point. if you get defeated in top and the riven is freezing thats more ok than raging. in opinion people should be spreading their skills on choice not giving it to the ones that troll. thats the fairest way to do this issue.
