MMR observation/ question

At one time, I was winning around 55% of games and it seemed fairly balanced on average game to game.

There is always the AFK and DSC but on the average, it seemed closely matched.

Then I played the same champ for awhile and got a few S and moved up the win rate.

Then the opponents got noticeably more difficult all of a sudden. They were obviously talking to each other and played as a team. Nothing wrong with that, except my team is a bunch of solo queue players who have never met.

The win rate went down fast.

I expected the opponent level to drop after the win rate went down, but it didn't.

I regularly find myself in games with high silver and gold players. And this is something I just don't get. There is nothing to learn from getting one shot killed behind tower for 20 minutes. I have no idea what they were doing. BANG you're dead.. Ok. Repeat.

I went ranked and got matched with gold for 15 games. Lost 18 consecutive games, then it went down to high silver.

I am Bronze 5 now. My team is flaming me. I told them I have no input on the match system, this is not my doing. I agree, I don't belong in the same room with these guys.

So why do I keep ending up in these extremely uneven matches?

Is it just impossible to find 10 bronze players in NA who want to play right now? Really?

I should never be matched against players more than a couple levels above me. Like B5-B3.

At 75% win rate, bump it up a bit.

But bumping it up to gold because I won a few games against bronze players is ridiculous.

Here is the question.

How does riot match these games? Does anyone know?

How does riot decide that B5 should be matched against high Silver and Gold? It gets old watching one player go 35/3/15 (or better) while everyone else is 5/3/8 ish.

I read one thread where someone said he was stuck after playing a long time on one account. He then made a new account and went up in rank without doing anything else differently. He recommended a new account after playing a couple hundred games. Not sure why that would make any difference.

Oh and I already got the standard cliche responses, so if you don't know the answer to the questions, it's ok.

"Life isn't fair" Yeah, this issue is not a condition of birth, this a system designed by humans to work this way. This is NOT "life" it is a design issue. "Get over it' Yeah I got over it, now I am questioning it. "Practice and get better" How does this address the question? "You are just pissed because you suck" Well I m not pissed, but I am curious. An I assume the same system work the same way for everyone else, so it has nothing to do with me. I don;t see how the match system would change from one account to another.
