demonblade tryndamere ult no audible

twice now I played against a tryndamere with demonblade skin and there is no audible when he ults.

no indication that he has ulted nine

very annoying.

I reported this before a couple weeks ago, but can't locate that thread using search. I assume it was deleted for some reason.
