Thunderlord's Decree
So after not playing Summoners Rift for almost two months I come back and suddenly this talent is being build on EVERYONE what gives?

The keystone was slightly buffed.... and every other good keystone was heavily nerfed (Bond of Stone, Deathfire Touch, Fervor, Warlord's Bloodlust).
It was only natural that everyone would gravitate towards Thunderlord's Decree.
It's OP. The rest are getting buffed next week. Hopefully that will help.
its the most powerful mastery. when full build its basically a free rapid fire cannon in damage just for taking it.
