Ekko In LCS?
I heard he was disabled can any one confirm this and why?

If I remember correctly, they usually keep new champs out of LCS for 2 weeks after release.
No they just play on 5.9 in lcs, they stick with the old patch for 1-2 weeks before they hop over to the current patch.
They don't just hold back new champions, the entire patch is held back to give the players time in solo que to adjust to all of the patch changes.
