Little Green Square Sometimes Apperes

I haven't been able too get a screen shot of it but sometimes it happens on things like zilian bombs and sometimes emotes wanted to know if any one else is getting this I have a GTX 1070 with updated drivers. Wanted to know if any one else is getting this bug before yelling at my manufacture about this issue.

Had the same thing happen to me as well. I was in loading screen when a green square flickered. Didn't appear while I was in game tho. GPU for reference - asus gtx 770. Thought my GPU is dying :D
