Why is buffering spells from cc not a thing?

It has happened so many times where I get cc'd and have an ability to help escape or to use to prevent a cc chain (like fiora w, lucian dash, etc...) but because of the way ping and button spamming operate I can not always use these abilities right out of cc even if I tried. I think it would be a nice quality of life improvement to the game to add spell buffering for the last spell/ability pressed while in a cc chain (at least as an optional feature). It would help to better curb frustrating moments where you know you meant to use a spell but couldn't in the micro seconds between cc in chains and also serve as a good way to even the playing field between players playing on different pings.

(If this is a thing I haven't seen it act reliably in game for a while and if it isn't a thing i simply ask why)

Seemed like this was a thing for a while. I hated it. I'd get my ult cucked by a Soraka E and then i'd get out of it and THEN my ult would go off... on nobody.

Dota has a mechanic like this, called "Shift-queueing".

Basically if you held shift, any actions you inputted would be completed in the order you completed them at the fastest rate possible without cancelling anything.

If it were in League, you'd be able to do things like flashing out of a CC the same tick it ends (would be a massive nerf to Bard, but I wouldn't exactly be against it) or queue your Flash as Fiddlesticks to use it to get even closer to the enemy team after you ult with no wasted ticks.'

Shouldn't be automatic, though. That will fuck everybody up.
