using mark/dash summoner spell in SR games

This season has been a big stepping stone in terms of summoner spell usage, more so in the top lane than anywhere else. for once the pattern of FLASH + some other SS has been broken, but the fact is there is still very little diversity in terms of SS choice given that almost everyone takes flash. This, I believe, is due to the power and flexibility of the summoner spell that few other SS share. with the addition of the Mark/dash SS on the howling abyss however, It has quickly taken over as a popular choice to run. What if we could add mark/dash or something very much like it to the SR map? It could prove to be a new and powerful tool to use for engaging beyond what flash already does. obviously it would be on a much longer CD than it is on ARAM but I feel it could prove to be a worthwhile addition in terms of SS choice for those that need it. Thoughts? opinions?
