I signed a contract with my land lord to provide me with hot water(ranked solo)

However he suddenly removed it and told me even better hot water was coming in two weeks. It's been two months now and I am still taking cold showers and now my land lord tells me the majority of the other tenants LIKE?!?! only having cold water and that i should understand him not being able to afford both a better water heater and the better water chiller.

He also keeps on telling me about how he installed a new slurpee machine and that he is painting the outside building soon, I'm so confused as i just want my original hot water back :(

Two Days Later

So i asked my neighbors and everyone seems to want hot water back, on the other hand my Land lord showed me this fancy reddit poll saying everyone likes colder water, so confused right now, and cold, very very cold.

Four Months Later

So i moved out today when my Land lord removed the heater and installed an improved air conditioner telling me that the better heater will be coming in a few weeks and that i shouldn't worry about it since it'll go nicely with the newish water chiller, at this point i genuinely think the mans on drugs or something because we live in Canada and not the nice warm southern part either.

P.S: Your not getting the 3 months of rent I did not pay as you denied me hot water!!!!!!!
