So I'm playing ranked in silver...and this happens...

I had a Sion top, who builds spirit visage for Fiora as first item, goes 1/11. And has a total of 1 item in a 30 minute game. A support who went Warrick...and goes 1/7 A mid laner playing the newly reworked Irelia first time, who kept chasing and dying to a Singed all game long (Pre-selected Zed in champ pick) An adc playing Kaisa, who's almost a newly released champion not too long ago...mindlessly split pushing bot lane all game long and ignoring mid and top towers even when they're being taken...

What the heck do I do in this situation...

The only thing you can do, is to look at your own play. No matter the elo, you will always have terrible players. All you can do in that case is too see on what you need to improve on and to play better in future games. Some games will be hopeless. Other games, you can carry. Imo, consistent play is the best way to climb. Just don't think too hard about losing those types of games. Even if you demote to a lower rank or w/e (like I did from d5 about a month ago), trying to improve is the number 1 way to climb.
