First win of the day for each map? Could be an easy way to fix IP problems

What the tittle says. Each map (TT, Dominion, ARAM) give you a first win of the day, of course maybe just 50% or an specific amunt for each one. I think it could help to promove other game modes to so the queues wont frezee when 20 of the 25 Dominion players are in a game. And of course riot can keep the current IP system for more time
