Orianna R and W synergy is bugged?

Okay, so i was playing Orianna i catched someone in my R range and well i ulted, then i pressed W and the enemy Azir was out of my range, so he escaped with like 150hp left. I think that shouldnt happend make Orianna feels Clunky
