Does Tristana Work Outside of Bot Lane???

Just purchased Tristana, have been interested in her for quite a long time and am eager to try her out. Unfortunately with the removal of team builder, I cannot be sure I will receive ADC position. So I want to know, does Trist work anywhere else?

She used to be really good as an AP mage, but her AP ratios were severely nerfed. You can certainly give it a go if you are in a fix, but remember that as a result she is extremely bursty, and plays a lot different than ADC Tristana.

You could have gotten her for free...

She used to be played as an AP assassin before her rework, not sure how well it works now though. You can still play her AD in mid (or anywhere you feel like, so long as you know what you're doing) though, just like playing her in bot.

Not... really. Your best bet is mid lane which is populated by pokes lanes Xerath assassins Zed or a mix of the two Syndra. Her escape is too slow to be used top lane, and she can't jungle or supp

She works in mid lane IF she goes AP.

She can be played in any Lane, but she's a terrible Jungler. For example: Due to her ever-increasing attack range and pressuring ability, as well as utility, she's a capable Top Laner against most other Top Laners like Garen and Tryndamere. Same with Mid Lane, except somewhat less so...although (with enough caution, obviously) she's very capable against Yasuo which is a very good thing. Though she's arguably the best ADC in League, she's also a good Support for a few ADCs (like how Shaco's great at supporting Teemo...I still get nightmares...). For Jungle, though...even with her E's passive she just doesn't have enough defenses to get up to Level 6 as quickly as someone like Graves could. I've tried.
