Some ideas to improve Bloodrazor/Guinsoo's and make them more thematic.

Just some ideas I had floating around in my head that I wanted to share just for fun.

Here's my concept for Rageblade (without any numbers that can be tweaked): Make it have two separate passives. The first passive is called adrenaline: when you attack, you gain adrenaline which increases your AD, AP and attack speed stacking up to 6 times and you gain double adrenaline from attacking champions, adrenaline doesn't stack against towers but attacking towers makes it so your adrenaline doesn't fall off. If you have max adrenaline and attack the same champion 3 times you gain Guinsoo's Rage that gives you the phantom hit passive either for a certain duration or until out of combat and then goes on cooldown (because raging is tiring). This gives windows of power and downtime for enemies to play around.

I like the general idea behind the new Bloodrazor but let's admit what this item is intended for: on-hit builds. Just about every champion that takes advantage of on-hit builds can be built hybrid so I think this should be the niche hybrid damage/attack speed jungle item that it's always dreamt of being. So, here's my new Bloodrazor: 40% attack speed, does 3% max health damage that does both magical and physical damage that's ratioed by how much bonus ad and ability power you have and does 1% max health true damage every three hits(because Rito loves them 3 hit passives and I don't think this would be broken because of the build up on rageblade but if it is, the numbers can be tweaked.)

If you have any thoughts or changes you'd make, I'd be interested to see them.
