ADC item. Borderline general AD item.
Makes you a quick target for the enemy team. Gets very costly if multiple players pick it up.
The item already exists on Dominion. It just needs a switch flipped. Very little actual work. It was put in because of the Sweeper change that made it a defensive item. ARAM had the same items, but didn't get the Twin Shadows change.
