So there's the spellthiefs edge which gives you ap mana regen and gold. Relic shields gives hp and the ability to share minions Ancient coin gives some mana regen and gold when a minion dies.
So there isn't a support item for support that scale off ad. But there isn't any support that scale off of ad.....but imagine something like an Ashe poke support. Or a catlyn poke support. Both offer utility in the form of slows stuns/roots ect. Kind of a niche thing but just a thought.
Cancer Dancer1 votesRiot won't make that happen sadly. I'd use it for some niche support picks such as xin, irelia, or my personal favorite, ad leona sup. Occasionally, usually against super squishy bot lane duo's, I'll start my adc runes/masteries on leona and start the game with more AD than the enemy adc (82) so post level 2 I can basically win trades all by myself so long as my adc doesn't take poke before I can engage.

Cancer Dancer1 votesIt works great against bot lanes with squishy supports. You can get away with it sometimes against Thresh/Naut or other tanky supports if you notice they're too far away from YOUR adc to make a move. If you do it right you can get a kill/kills at level 2-5 easy before their adc gets an AD item. Until then I have very similar AD and can keep winning them, and by the time they do get an AD item your ADC should have more farm/kills/gold and can carry the weight of supplying the damage.
azrolator1 votesWith Ashe you get spellthief edge and don't upgrade it. It still gives bonus damage when you attack an enemy champ and gives mana sustain to keep up those w pokes.
