I think that mages like Ziggs should be nerfed or something needs to happen in order to encourage actual ad carries to be played bot lane. This mage bot lane bullshit is rediculous and it discourages a lot of ad carries from playing the position when they are so easily bullied by mages like Ziggs who can poke and farm so easily that they can't do anything about it.

theArtifacts3 votesSorry.. I'm confused. When you say "ADC" do you mean "Marksman"? (Tryndamere is an ADC, so is Olaf) I don't see a lane called "ADC" or "Marksman".. that's also confusing. Is Riot not encouraging summoners to find new and innovative ways of playing the game?

ADC =/= Marksman Bot =/= ADC or Marksman
Riot encourages summoners to find new ways of playing the game. Mages in Bottom are a part of that.

Kilanost1 votesMark my words, making anymore changes to the jungle will not help bot lane. If they make jungle camps give any less gold or xp, top is going to turn into a duo lane.
The real issue I think is that adc builds have been stagnant for pretty much forever. Glass cannon every time. Early they're too weak, late they're arguably too strong.
If Riot takes action it should only be to fix these two extremes. In the meantime, bot lane can start building a hexdrinker like everyone else who builds AD into an AP match up. Give maw back its armor pen and boom, you've got something to work with against mage adcs that helps your overall build goals.
Simply put its a different lane that requires different adaptations. At present that means building a hexdrinker and maybe merc treads if theres enough cc to warrant it.
Limmie1 votesYeah, it's unsustainable to be an immobile glass cannon when there's so much damage flying around. Ideally that's not a problem because ADCs should be peeled and protected, but in solo queue that just doesn't happen.
ADCs should have at least some way to build defense without becoming useless. Things like Maw or Steraks.

That being said, we should keep him bot as a counter pick to some stuff. I'm tired of Cait and Jhin most of the time.
Also, Now ADCs can appreciate their supports more instead of being a bit selfish, now that ADCs are the new Support to some extent.
However, ADC itemization needs to be looked at so that we dont see former Marksmen running from the lane into other lanes and ADC/Bot being the new supp. Would be hilarious if you longer get Supp 90-95% of the time if you have Supp second, Fill second, or Fill primary.
