Kayle's ultimate needs a mana cost.

With the current hybrid meta slowly dying down with some exceptions like and of course, , it has come to the attention of many players that Kayle's ultimate needs a mana cost. On such a low cooldown and for such a duration, it is basically a free Zhonya's Hourglass where you can still attack, move or escape. Not only that, but use it on other people. As a Kayle user myself, I find it absolutely disgusting that I can survive on 20 health while bursting my opponent down with 0 mana and a Rage Blade. If you could do that to 's ult, you can do it to Kayle.
