Changes to Queing

I'd like more options in queuing.

1) The ability to queue only one role.
If I'm working hard on my mid game, and I'm willing to wait for a much longer queue, then please give me that option.

2) Solo queue!
I'm tired of queuing alone and seeing 3 guys on the other team with the same club name.

3) The ability to report players who dodge in champ select depending on how/why they dodged, or to report people who deliberately abuse their champ select privileges. Most common scenario: (gets support) "Dude, can I take jg?" "No, I main jg, and I want to play it." "Shut up, give me jg, I'm a yi master! I'm a smurf! I'll carry, I promise!" "Dude please, I just want to play my role, you picked fill, please play support." "Okay, I'm yi support!" and locks yi with smite. PLEASE let this be part of the summoners' code, and give us some facility for us to report jerks like this. The sad thing is it's always some else who has to eat the dodge-- essentially penalizing them because their teammate was so toxic.
