Cleardyr Udyr build?

I've been playing around with maxing various skills on Udyr, just for something to do.

I really like the fast initial camp clear with Tiger->Phoenix, then I take turtle to sustain the rest of my clear. I can almost do 3 camps for the time of 2 in my first clear, and it seems the level I lost by taking double dmg skills gets made up by hitting lvl 4 a lot faster. It also helps for a super-fast steal of the enemy red if I try that. We're talking a difference of several seconds I think.

The main drawback seems to be if I get caught without e, it could be a bad day for me.

I'm wondering if any non-bronze-n00bs (i.e. what I am) also do this, and also what do you think about taking tiamat WITH this combo for even more retarded clear speed? I seem to be hitting levels faster than everyone in the game by prioritizing clear speed, and I think it also clears up more time to roam, steal enemy camps, etc.
