How to move and aim skillshots at the same time?

How do I move and aim skillshots at the same time? When you move, you have to click on a location in order for your champion to move there. When you're casting your skillshot, you must hover your cursor on the target you want to hit. You only get one cursor though, you canot hover your cursor on your target while clicking on your move location at the same time.

Is there an easy way to do this? Its extremely difficult to rapidly move the cursor between where you're trying to move and where you're aiming at the same time. Standing still isn't a viable option because you have to move around a lot to find an opening between the minions in lane; you cannot just stand still with enemy minions in front of your or you will not hit any champions. Alternatively you can position yourself in front of minion wave, but this makes you very vulnerable to getting killed. If you clickmove and aim at your target at the same time, it makes you extremely predictable. Most people know to sidestep when they see a Morgana, Blitz or Thresh walking directly towards them.

My hands aren't steady enough for high mouse speed.

Then you just need practice.

It's a matter of moving fast enough. If you can't move the mouse fast enough, put your cursor father away from you when you issuing the move command so that you still move while you are firing a skill shot.

Click where you want to go, and as youre moving, aim your skillshot at the person you're targeting. I dont understand this question. Its common sense. You figure little things like this out as you learn the game more & more. You have to be able to move your mouse around your screen while playing the game. Idk im confused by this question

Also idk if youre using default targeting or not. Switching to smartcast (with target indicators) or smartcast (without target indicators) helps you to do things quicker in the game....with aiming skillshots and abilities and such.

Micromanagement!

If you're not able, then it's the same as not being able to dodge a skillshot because of your reactions, or shield an ability.

Aka skill.
