@Riot, thanks for Bard

I love this guy! He's so much fun to play! I was starting to get a little bored with the various incarnations of the standard meta and then this guy comes out. If you build him right, he really delivers on his thematic concept, too. The games I've played with him so far, I felt like I was everywhere in mid and late game, suddenly appearing from the opposite side of the map to drop a stun or shrine to turn a fight. The ult is so nuanced and multifunctional, too. The whole kit is just perfect.

Sorry for gushing, but I really feel like you guys did a great job with him.
