Vladimir Rework Looks Good!

From PBE footage it seems like Vladimir is in a better position. Earlier in the game he is putting more pressure on his lane opponent and later in the game he is doing relevant damage. Initially my eyes were on Brand and Vel'Koz, but I think Vladimir might be one of the best reworks. Good late-game scaling, good damage, sufficient amount of tankiness, he is honestly looking good. Please don't gut him when he is picked in pro play, he is finally close if not where he needs to be.

There is an evil elf that goes down the forums and down votes everything, unfortunately this post fell victim to one of his attacks.

I also like this rework, at least from what I can see on surrender@20 and YouTube. Can't wait for it to hit live servers, but for now, I'll spam old Vlad games until next patch, only two weeks to play my main how he originally was.

I like his rework but his e damage needs a little nerfing (specifically his ap scaling on that thing 0.7 is too high with base) alternatively they could nerf his base damages but i don't think that will fix the problem of rylai's adding an equivelent of 180 something ap if he scaled only on ap.
