Flex que downgrade/Upgrade

Hey there guys, with the additional placement game, recently come out, im a little confused. I got Bronze 1 originally (ik dont judge) then when i played the extra game, lol it demoted to B2... Now this is really annoying cause now I get toxic players in bronze when i was in Silver in Solo/Duo, ik that the hard reset can be bias due to the people you get "eg your a silver with B5's going against Golds/Silvers" Now im not that pissed cause i wont be playing much Flex because of this. I think its a little annoying that people do their placments and get ranked where they are. To get a "soft reset" which then demoted/promoted based on the score you went from that 1 game. Now I was 1 game away from silver promos before that 1 game of placement in flex), so it doesn't really bother me, but for people in Gold who for Bronze 3/1 its gotta be annoying, 1 game and your score determins that 'soft reset' even though we won, I went positive and my score was ok, i still got demoted :(

Anyway my opinion of flex is really subjective, but i think that its a little scattered, you can be going against Diamonds/Plat if they haven't done placements yet, and you'll lose becuase of that gap, meaning you'll get a worse mmr leading to bronze life ;(

I think the other way was easier for people who enjoyed a non-split MMR and Ranking, that was still on par with their play style of rank.

Anyway just stating , Riot please fix these promo games, Ik from a silver perspective its not much, but from people who were plat/diamond and get place in Gold/Silver, its a simple waste of time for them to climb to be able to play with friends on the same teir / level
