Getting out of lobby bug/inviting bug

So just hopped on to play a game, turns out that when i enter in a lobby )normal ranked assention, ect) when i try to get out by clicking the x, im not actually out of the lobby, im still in and am forced to close my league or waiting like 2mins for it to move me out of the lobby.

Also dont apparently now we dont get invites when in position lobby?
