Riot I thought you said you were going to add cc

I could have sworn people at riot was going to add how long you cc someone at the end of the game. What happen to it? I would love to know how many hooks I missed and landed. I would also like to know how long I cc someone on the enemy team. Something were your total of 5 mins you CC'ing people in a 20 min game. Did you guys just not like the idea or you couldn't decide on all forms of cc or just hard cc to count.
