The Summoners code

Heres an idea i would like to get out.

in the old days, you could take a vow so to speak, to this thing called the summoners code, witch in essence is just a set of rules of not being a dick. you know, show humility in vinctory, grace in defeat, guide your team ect.

well heres an idea, make a new vow eveyone can take, make it so that if you do, you get a what? 20-30% more ip with it, maybe more if you keep it longer, and lose it the first fucking time you get a jugde, to many reports of being a dick, valid reports that is,

again, instead of giving ppl power with report system, weapons to fire at each other like little generals that are here to show YOU that you are wrong in feeding, or doing pretty much anything they dont see fit. have the same little kids inspired to behave, cus if they do, they get a reward right? screw that honor system, nobody uses it, and only pros get the gems, or some populer guy in an collgede or so.

make the code mean someting again, give it a system, to staying a good guy gives you rewards, staying a good guy for a month gives you a free champion, staying a bad guy makes you label as a bad guy, "could be fun that way, - hey i am bronze and rage alot - label.

anyway, the fun aside, really, inspire the cominity instead of giving them more weapons with the report and tribunal system. or make the tribunal system auto, you punish alot but dont reward alot,
