Fire Control

Hey guys, wanted to ask you all about a thing i have seen a few times come up in chat. The topic of this so called "fire control" from what i understand, this is when your jungler, can see in all chat, that the enemey is a flamer of some sort "omg report this Yi or report bot omg!" that kind of thinks. the jungler then camps that lane of the flamer, and makes him rage, to the result of ether him do poorly, cus of the flame, chatting trash, or outright leave the game or afk. the team being, he is a flamer, a flame, control the flame, - fire control. i have only seen it a few times come up in chat, so i wounder if this is a new trend, or something that i just missed in my league or so. in one hand, i can see the tactical potential in it, and on the other hand, i it is the biggest duche thing you can do, but then again, at this day and age, we make fun of those kinds of players on elohell.net and what not, so why not take advantages of them?
