I'll make this as short as I can.

I enjoy champions from all five roles. Why don't you fill? Because I don't want to play support ten games in a row to get one game of anything else.

Riot please make fill a little more random. I don't choose fill to get a match faster; I choose fill to play a variety of roles.

Fill isn't random, it's filling whatever missing role there is in matchmaking. Generally that role is support.
