Anything on Annie?

With all the discussion going on about the immobile mages going on lately I was kinda surprised Annie is being completely ignored. She is a mage, she is immobile, she has some health issues AND doesn't feel too distinct (definitely less distinct than Vel'Koz).

Is there really nothing going on for her? Even if her short range does limit her kinda she is still very frustrating to play against either when she plays mid or support. Incredibly high scalings with miniscule CDs and almost completely point and click abilities which don't even require aiming that can stun you for half the game...

She is not always overbearing, but teamcomps who can't poke her away or wreck her before she throws her combo (flash tibbaz anyone?) will always be in a tough, zoned out position.
