Best top/mid to climb

Who do you think are the best champions to climb with for mid and top. Not going based off of who's currently Op. Solid champions, nothing too complex. I'm lower elo, can farm well, but not great at 1v1.

Think about it this way:

Tank counters AP bursters for obvious reasons. AP Bursters counter Marksmen because they're squishy. Marksmen counter Tank because of kiting.

In Low ELO, literally no one can kite, which is why tanks are so crazy in low elo. My advice is go someone like Irelia top. You'll delete their mid laner. You'll delete their ADC assuming like everyone in low elo, they can't kite. Roam for kills, irelia has great gank potential. come back to your lane and ur already ahead of their top laner.

take it from me, tanks climb out of bronze because they have no one to counter them
