I don't know a single person who enjoys it, and my it made a few of my jungle amigos just stop playing the game good. I feel like the reason still aren't complaining about it is because the game has never been in a worse state, and there's a million things to complain about right now.
You asked for less level 3 ganks. There are now level 2-3 scuttle crab fights instead. You want just crab reverted? Yi and Shyvana become more powerful, because it's back to powerfarming the jungle.

It was not a nerf. Overall, it was a power shift. It made it take less time to take an inhibitor or nexus turret (as they could take ages), but upped the reward for pushing them away from inhibitor ones (the turrets actually regenerate at a decent speed now).
We does Riot completely re itemize adcs when we just asked for their items to be more expensive again.
Because ADCs are meant to kill tanks. Just making it more expensive isn't a fix to the problem of crit being a burst stat. Making IE do true damage emphasizes tank-melting, and weakens squishy-bursting.

Riot has only once even suggested deleting a champion outright. This singular time was done via poll on Facebook, to delete Teemo. Riot has explicitly stated they will never attempt to delete a champion again. Riot will dumpster them and rework them later, but they never explicitly delete them.

I quit this game for a few years after season 4 and my friends got me back into it in season 7. I thought the game was in such a horrible state and I'm just amazed at how they keep making it worse.
Mostly it's fine. Once Riot reduces the absolute dominance fighters (specifically divers) have in the game, it'll be pretty balanced and fun.
